Dry cauliflower 65 is an amazing dish that is easy to make yet is highly nutritious. It is a perfect side dish to pamper yourself whenever having hunger pangs.
Nutritional benefits –
Cauliflower is a very light vegetable that is high in fibre and thus can aid proper digestion. Essential vitamins and minerals like folate, vitamin c are also present in them.
Ingredients –
- 40 grams cauliflower
- Fresh or dried herbs
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method –
- Take a pan, heat oil and roast the cauliflower florets until a slightly brown texture is attained.
- Add turmeric powder, lime juice, dried herbs, salt and pepper as per taste
- Cook for another 20-30 minutes until soft and serve hot.
