Dry Cauliflower 65

Dry cauliflower 65 is an amazing dish that is easy to make yet is highly nutritious. It is a perfect side dish to pamper yourself whenever having hunger pangs.

Nutritional benefits –

Cauliflower is a very light vegetable that is high in fibre and thus can aid proper digestion. Essential vitamins and minerals like folate, vitamin c are also present in them.

Ingredients –

  • 40 grams cauliflower
  • Fresh or dried herbs
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper as per taste

  • Calories- 93 kcal
  • Protein- 4.3 grams
  • Carbohydrates- 16.6 grams
  • Fat- 0.9 grams

Method –

  • Take a pan, heat oil and roast the cauliflower florets until a slightly brown texture is attained.
  • Add turmeric powder, lime juice, dried herbs, salt and pepper as per taste
  • Cook for another 20-30 minutes until soft and serve hot.
