Classic Fruit Mix is a thick and relishing yet nutritious dessert that is enriched with the blend and goodness of fruits. It is a perfect dessert to curb your sugar cravings with the easily available ingredients at the summer time.

Blueberries are low in calories and high in antioxidant and vitamin C content. Banana is rich in potassium and manganese. It also contains serotonin which helps to manage stress and ease mood swings. Strawberries are a rich source of Vitamin C and fibre.
Ingredients –
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon grated orange zest
- 10 grams pineapple
- 10 grams strawberries
- 10 grams kiwi
- 10 grams banana
- 10 grams blueberries
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

Method –
- Firstly, bring lemon juice, coconut sugar, orange zest, and lemon zest to a boil in a pan over medium to high heat.
- Now, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until it is thickened for about 5 minutes.
- Then remove from heat, and stir in vanilla extract. Set aside to cool.
- Lastly, layer the fruits in a bowl and pour the cooled sauce over the fruits.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
