Tangy Chicken Piccata

Tangy chicken piccata is basically a recipe of fish curry which is prepared with flavour of garlic and mustard seeds.

Ingredients –
- 40 grams chicken breast
- 2-3 Garlic pods
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 20 grams tomato
- 1-2 Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 10 grams of mustard oil

Method:
- Take the chicken and marinate it with salt and turmeric powder for around 5 minutes.
- Soak the mustard seeds in water for 10-15 minutes.
- Blend these mustard seeds, garlic pods and green chillies to make a fine paste.
- Heat the mustard oil in a pan and when it is smoking hot then fry the chicken pieces till both sides turns light brown colour.
- Take another pan add oil and put the prepared paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and add the spices.
- Cook for a few minutes and add 1 cup of water to boil.
- Once boiled add the fried chicken pieces into it and let it boil.
- Cover it and cook until the gravy thickens and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
