Rosemary ginger Tea

Rosemary ginger tea is a revitalizing and stimulating drink to try upon at any point of time. Made with rosemary, ginger, basil and lemon, this tea can be served as either hot or cold!
Nutritional Benefits:
Ginger consists of powerful phytochemicals which are plant compounds that have health promoting qualities. Ginger contains gingerols and shogaols which are believed to have anti-inflammatory and anti- cancer properties. Rosemary contains rosemarinic acid and caffeic acid are potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agents.
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
- 1 green tea bag
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup water

Method:
- Firstly, add water and steep the green tea bags in to it for 2-3 minutes.
- Now remove the tea bags and add water, ginger powder, rosemary, basil and simmer for 5-8 minutes over a low flame.
- Then squeeze the lemon juice.
- Serve hot or cold as desired.
