Ingredients:

  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 30 grams roughly chopped and toasted almonds
  • 50 grams thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 30 grams julienned carrots
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Procedure:
