Kitchen House Salad

Kitchen House Salad is an awesome way to start your meal. It is healthy and easy to prepare salad combined with the goodness of vegetables to offer you with amazing taste and ample benefits.

Nutritional benefits

Cabbage is a low calorie vegetable which is an excellent source of fibre. It also contains antioxidants which reduces the risk of chronic diseases. Sesame seeds are a rich source of fiber and therefore play a role in reducing the risk of heart diseases, type 2 diabetes, obesity and certain cancers. It consists of MUFA and PUFA which can lower down your cholesterol and triglycerides level.

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams cabbage
  • 10 grams Baby corn
  • 5 grams sesame seeds (roasted)
  • 10 grams tomato
  • 20 grams onion
  • 20 grams bell peppers
  • Parsley leaves to garnish
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
