Turmeric Spinach Eggs are a super amazing option for the breakfast. Since, mornings are always filled with run and rush with no time to have breakfast. So, here is this quick egg recipe which is the perfect grab and goes breakfast with ample health benefits.

Eggs provide us with high biological value protein which helps in building up muscles. They also contain essential omega -3 fatty acids. Spinach is one of the healthiest green vegetables which is an excellent source of Vitamin A, folic acid, nitrates that helps to reduce blood pressure levels and promotes eye health.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg whole
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 20 grams tomatoes (chopped)
- 60 grams spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Salt & pepper as per taste

Method:
- Firstly, put the coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Then sautee the garlic followed by tomatoes and spinach leaves.
- Now whisk the egg and add turmeric. Season with chilli flakes and salt & pepper.
- Add this egg mixture to the pan with the spinach and stir for 5-8 minutes until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve hot.
