Easy to prepare smoothies are a must needed for the summer  mornings who have on the grab breakfast. It’s filling, fresh, and healthy. This delicious and healthy banana berry breakfast smoothie is on the top of the list these days. 

 

Nutritional benefits:

Banana is good in potassium and helps in filling the stomach and improving digestive health. Strawberries also are good in antioxidants and vitamin K that provides various health benefits.

Almond milk is also nutritious and provides various health benefits. Flaxseeds on the other side good in omega 3 fats and rich in dietary fiber.Cinnamon is also a great fat burner and is great for boosting metabolism.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 20 grams mixed berries
  • ½ teaspoon of flaxseed
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon 
  • 5 grams rolled oats
  • 100ml almond milk
  • Chopped nuts for garnishing

 

Calories: 150 Kcal

Fat: 5.1 grams

Carbohydrate: 25.5 grams

 Protein: 3.5 grams

 

Method:

 

  • Add in all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour it in the glass and top with chopped nuts
  • Serve and enjoy chilled!
