Kale, Spinach and Mushrooms Patties

Kale, spinach and mushrooms patties is an amazing dish which is easy to make yet is high on nutrition. It is a perfect munching snack to pamper yourself whenever you suffer hunger pangs.
Nutritional benefits –
Beetroots are rich in iron, folic acid, vitamin A and vitamin C. It helps in building up of immunity because of its antioxidant properties. Sesame seeds are considered as a good source of calcium & dietary protein, with high-quality amino acids making up 20% of the seed.
Ingredients –
- 15 grams mushrooms (boiled)
- 30 grams kale leaves(boiled)
- 40 grams spinach (boiled)
- ½ teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves
- Salt & pepper as per taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method –
- 1. Firstly, put all the ingredients, except the oil, in a bowl and mix altogether. Then season with salt and pepper and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
- 2. To cook the patties, heat a little oil in a heating pan over a medium heat, then take little mixture in your hand and shape into a patty, flatten slightly.
- 3. Now, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 4. Serve hot.
