Shredded Brussel Sprout Salad

Shredded brussels sprout salad is a salad bowl filled with the goodness of brussels sprouts and pomegranate tossed in the dressing of olive oil and lime juice.
Nutritional Benefits:
Brussel sprouts are high in fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Pomegranate seeds are rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants levels. It is also said to be good for the skin.
Ingredients:
- 20 grams brussels Sprouts
- 10 grams pomegranate seeds
- 5 grams of pumpkin seeds
- 1 tea spoon olive oil
- 1 tea spoon Lemon juice and zest
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method:
- Cook the brussels sprouts inside a boiler. Cool and add them into a bowl.
- Add pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds to it.
- Take another bowl add olive oil, lime juice, lemon zest and salt and pepper as per taste into it.
- Toss the salad with the prepared dressing and serve.
