Nutritional Benefits
Oats are high in beta-glucan, therefore, helping in constipation and improving blood sugar levels. Yogurt, on the other hand, provides protein and calcium enhancing the healthy gut flora. It contains probiotics that are good for gut health. Nuts, seeds, and fruits have their specific nutritional benefits containing a wide range of vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients:
- 15 grams Oats
- 5 gram almonds
- 5 grams mixed seeds(sesame, pumpkin, flaxseed, sunflower)
- 5-gram walnuts
- 5-gram coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon orange juice
- 30 grams low-fat yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Berries(strawberries,raspberries,cranberries,etc.) of choice to garnish

Method:
- Start by preheating the oven at 200º C
- Take a bowl and add in the juice along with oats and other ingredients( except yogurt and fresh fruits) to mix well.
- Now evenly spread it on the baking tray and bake for 40-45 minutes
- Remove from the oven, let it cool and then add in the yogurt, almonds, and fresh fruits.
