Lychee Yogurt Parfait

Lychee Yogurt Parfait is a light and refreshing dessert that beautifully combines creamy Greek yogurt with the sweet and fragrant flavor of lychee. This parfait features layers of crunchy granola, succulent chopped lychee, and a touch of chia seeds for added texture. Enhanced with a hint of vanilla and lemon juice, it’s a delightful treat that’s as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate. Perfect for a quick and healthy indulgence, it makes an elegant dessert or a satisfying snack.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams plain Greek yogurt
- 100 grams peeled and chopped lychee
- 40 grams granola
- 10 grams chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Procedure:
- Soak chia seeds in 2 tablespoons of water for about 10 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency.
- If using plain Greek yogurt, stir in vanilla extract and lemon juice if desired.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer Greek yogurt, granola, and chopped lychee.
Add a layer of soaked chia seeds on top of the yogurt. Repeat the layers as desired, finishing with a layer of lychee and granola. - Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
