Rava Laddu

Besan laddus are already very familiar to us but the rava laddu is a perfect offering for the religious gatherings, or to have when you are fasting.
Nutritional Benefits –
Semolina or rava is known to boost the nervous system and also keep the bones healthy. Jaggery provides the body with energy and iron, whereas ghee is a good fat that surely boosts the immunity and gives us a glow on our face.
Ingredients –
- ½ cup sooji (rava)
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp coconut
- Cardamom powder

Method –
- Heat a pan and roast ghee and rava on low flame.
- Now add roasted coconut and shredded jaggery to the mixture and stir well.
- Turn off the flame, add cardamom powder, and let it cool.
- Make laddus out of the mixture and serve.
