Parsley tea is a low calorie refreshing and rejuvenating to try upon in this hot summer weather. Especially flavoured with parsley, this tea is a perfect summer drink for you!

Parsley has anti- inflammatory and antioxidant properties It helps in boosting overall health and is very easy to be incorporated into the diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves, stems
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lemon (quartered)
