Ingredients

  • 20 grams oats flour
  • 10 grams yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 20 grams banana (mashed)
  • 5 grams walnuts
  • 1/4th teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5 grams oil

Method

  • Take a large bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, oil, vanilla essence and honey.
  • Then add oats flour, mashed banana, baking soda, walnuts and salt.
  • Gently combine by using the cut and fold method.
  • Add water if needed to adjust consistency.
  • Now take a nonstick pan and pour the batter into it.
  • Cook for 2 minutes and then flip when you see bubbles foaming around the edges of pancakes.
  • Serve along with fresh fruits.
