Badam Payasam recipe:
What you need:
- 15g of Almonds, blanched & peeled
- 250-300 ml of low-fat milk
- 1/4 tsp. of Cardamom powder
- Saffron to taste
- 5 gm Jaggery
Nutritional Benefits: Serves a healthy amount of carbohydrates, protein & fat. Extremely beneficial for ones with high blood pressure levels.
Calories: 275-300 kcal
How you cook:
- Make a smooth paste of almonds with cardamom powder, saffron, and jaggery.
- Boil milk. Add ground almonds mix and cook for few minutes.
- Serve hot or chilled.
