Blueberry Walnut Salad

A great salad that brings berries, greens, and nuts together, makes for a good snack and a filling meal.

Ingredients –

  • ½ cup spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 7-8 walnuts
  • ¼ hung curd
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
