A great salad that brings berries, greens, and nuts together, makes for a good snack and a filling meal.

Ingredients –
- ½ cup spinach leaves
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 7-8 walnuts
- ¼ hung curd
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Black pepper
- Salt to taste
