Most varieties include nuts, seeds, and dried fruit but the ingredients could vary. Some types of the mix also contain popcorn, cereal, candies, or chocolate chips, along with spices like sea salt, garlic powder, thyme, and cinnamon. Dried fruit provides a healthy source of carbohydrates, fibre, and micronutrients and Nuts provide a source of heart-healthy fats and protein, both of which help to keep you full and lessen any spikes in blood sugar.

To make this, take a bowl and mix 2 cups of popcorn, 1 cup dried strawberries, 1 cup walnut pieces, and ½ cup dark chocolate chips. Mix all ingredients well and store preferably in an airtight jar.
