Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry Smoothie is a refreshing and creamy drink that pairs the natural sweetness of ripe strawberries with the creamy texture of yogurt and banana. This smoothie is perfect for a quick, nutritious breakfast or a satisfying snack, providing a burst of fruity flavor in every sip.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams fresh strawberries
 - 1 medium banana
 - 200 ml plain yogurt
 - 100 ml milk
 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 - A few ice cubes
 
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, yogurt, chia seeds and milk.
Blend until smooth. - If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
If using ice cubes, add them to the blender and blend again until smooth. - Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
