Spinach and mint juice

This juice is a perfect blend of flavour,nutrients and satiety. It is rich in iron,folate,potassium etc.Mint adds the flavour making the juice tempting for everyone. It is good especially for weight watchers,sports persons as a refreshment. It can also be had by people across all age groups during the day as a mid-meal snack.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups- roughly chopped spinach
- 1 cup-finely chopped mint leaves
- ½ cup- roughly chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp jaljeera powder(optional)
Method:
- Combine the spinach,mint leaves and coriander along with ½ cup of water in a juicer and blend till smooth.
- Do not strain the juice.The remaining leaves will be used as garnish.
- Add lemon juice and jaljeera powder.
- Serve immediately.
