Pita chips are loved by all and are the perfect breakfast or snack recipe. This recipe is extremely easy-to-prepare. These are very versatile and can be served along with hummus dip.

Sesame seeds are a great source of fiber, therefore, help in constipation, lowering cholesterol, and reduce heart risks. Pita bread on the other side is high in fiber and aids digestion and helps promote fullness.

- 1 pita bread
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sesame seed
- Salt as per taste
- ½ teaspoon olive oil

Method:
- Start by preheating the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice the pita bread in triangular shapes.
- Take a clean bowl and add some olive oil along with garlic powder, sesame seed, black pepper, and sprinkle some salt as well as per taste.
- Layer the mixture on the cooking sheet and brush with olive oil dressing and bake for 15 minutes
- When the pita becomes chips, serve them with a dressing of choice
