Bell peppers are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium. They also are a fair source of fiber, folate and iron. Onions have antioxidants within them. It also contains certain components which are said to reduce inflammation in the body.

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage – 20 grams
  • Onion – 20 grams
  • Red Bell peppers – 10 grams
  • Yellow Bell peppers – 10 grams
  • Green Bell peppers – 10 grams
  • 1 teaspoon White vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • Olive Oil – 1 teaspoon

Method:

  • Heat olive oil in a wok over high heat flame.
  • Wash all the vegetables such as onion, bell peppers and green cabbage.

  • Stir fry for 5-8 minutes until the vegetables soften. Add salt and pepper as per taste
  • Serve hot and sprinkle seasonings and herbs to enhance flavour.
