Bottle gourd pudding is one dish that is relished by every Indian but giving it a twist with the bottle gourd and rich flavours of cardamom, results in an aesthetic super amazing kheer that anyone will bound to fall in love with.

Bottle gourd is low calorie and is a good source of fibre. It also contains essential nutrients like Vitamin C Vitamin B, Vitamin K, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Iron, Folate, Potassium and Manganese
Ingredients:
- 100 ml milk
- 50 grams bottle gourd
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 5 grams coconut sugar

Method:
- Firstly, heat the milk and allow it to cool.
- Then add coconut sugar and cardamom powder
- Now grate the bottle gourd. Once the milk is cool, add grated bottle gourd.
- Keep the kheer in the fridge and let it cool.
- Serve cool once it is ready.
