For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams watermelon, diced into small cubes
  • 25 grams finely chopped bell peppers
  • 30 grams finely chopped cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 small seeded and finely chopped jalapeño pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Procedure:

  • Dice the watermelon into small, bite-sized cubes.
  • Finely chop the red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and jalapeño pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the diced watermelon, chopped bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and jalapeño pepper.
  • Add fresh lime juice and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
