Strawberry Oats Blend

Strawberry oats blend is an amazing drink to try upon. It is very filling and is full of nutrition. This drink can be a healthy swap to all those aerated drinks and juices available in the market.

Nutritional Benefits:
Strawberries are a good source of Vitamin C and E which act as antioxidants and are good for the skin. Banana is rich in potassium and manganese whereas oats are rich in dietary fiber which helps in better digestion and also they provide you with energy.

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams of strawberries
  • 1/4th  medium banana
  • 20 grams of rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • 100 ml of milk

Method:
