Spicy Pizza Omelette

The Spicy Pizza Omelette combines the flavors of a classic pizza with the simplicity of an omelette, making it a versatile dish perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients: 

  • 40 grams sliced mushrooms
  • 40 grams diced tomatoes
  • 40 grams chopped bell peppers
  • 40 grams chopped onions
  • 20 grams corn
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Procedure:

  • Firstly, break the eggs into a bowl and beat.
  • Take the sauce pan and heat the oil over medium heat.
  • Now pour the eggs on the pan and swirl around the sauce pan.
  • Wait for a few minutes. When the top is ready, add the chopped vegetables followed by cheese.
  • Sprinkle salt, herbs, pepper and chili flakes as per taste into it.
  • Lastly, place the pan under a hot grill and grill until the egg becomes a little crispy underneath. Serve hot.
