Spiced Stuffed Cauliflower

Spiced stuffed cauliflower is an amazing dish which is easy to make yet is highly nutritious. It is a perfect munching snack to pamper yourself whenever having hunger pangs.
Nutritional benefits –
Cauliflower is a very light vegetable which is high in fiber and thus can aid proper digestion. Essential vitamins and minerals like folate, vitamin c are also present in them.
Ingredients –
- 40 grams cauliflower
- 20 grams kale
- Fresh or dried herbs
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1-2 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method –
- Take cauliflower and cut its stalk in such a way that a cavity is created but the florets are still intact.
- Boil this cauliflower in 1 cup of water until soft.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat oil and add garlic, finely chopped kale leaves along with all the spices. Cook until soft.
- Stuff the cauliflower with kale garlic filling and coat it with lime juice, olive oil and dried herbs.
- Then bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
- Serve hot.
