Cool mint cucumber Soup

Cool mint and cucumber soup is a refreshing and cool recipe which you can enjoy at any time during the day of these scotching summers.

Nutritional benefits:
Cucumber is a very light vegetable which is high in fiber and thus can aid proper digestion. It is a watery vegetable thus it keeps your body cool and hydrated thought the summer days. Whereas mint also provides your body with cooling effect, also it is rich in antioxidant. Mint also has anti-inflammatory properties, also it is said to aid digestion within our bodies.

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams Cucumber
  • 20 grams yogurt
  • 1 spring mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4th teaspoon curry powder

Method:

  • Take cucumbers and remove the seeds.
