Breadless Peanut Butter Sandwich

Bored of regular evening snacks? Here’s a rice cake sandwich recipe with peanut butter. This is a truly delicious and easy-to-make recipe. Have it with coffee or your evening tea.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Brown Rice Cakes
  • 5-6 Blueberries
  • 5-6 Raspberries
  • 1 Tsp. Honey
  • 1 Tsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1 Slice of Pear

Method

  • In a bowl, add blueberry, raspberry, and honey. Mash them with the masher or fork into a jam consistency.
  • Cover and refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes, until chia seeds turn softens and the jam thickens like a consistency.
  • On a rice cake spread, spread peanut butter, then top it with chia seeds jam and top it with a slice of pear. The sandwich is ready to serve.
