Silky Corn and Chicken Soup

The easy to make healthy chicken and corn soup is packed with the goodness of veggies and loaded with proteins and healthy beans.
Nutritional benefits: Chicken breast is a great source of protein , rich in phosphorous and Vitamin D in chicken helps in calcium absorption. Being a good source of protein it also helps in marinating weights.
Ingredients:
- 10 grams onion
- 10 grams red bell pepper
- 10 grams carrot
- 5 grams garlic
- 20 grams boneless skinless chicken breast
- 10 grams corn
- 80 ml chicken broth
- 5 grams olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- Salt, black pepper and chilli powder, oregano according to taste
- Parsley for garnishing

Method:
- Take a large skillet, drizzle some olive oil and add mustard seeds, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic and chopped carrots.
- Sautee the veggies for 5-7 minutes.
- Then add the chicken breast, boiled corns, chicken broth, herbs and spices. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Pull out the chicken breast when they are cooked.
- Add the shredded chicken back in the soup and serve hot.
- Enjoy by garnishing with fresh parsley!
