No Caffeine Sage Tea

No caffeine sage tea is a tea enriched with the flavor and health benefits of aromatic herb Sage.

Nutritional Benefits:
Fresh sage leaves are very nutritious, they are said to aid digestion process. It is also good for the consumption of patients undergoing diarrhea. Sage along with honey is also good for sore throats and cough.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
