Fresh Pumpkin Seeds Chutney

Fresh Pumpkin seeds Fresh pumpkin seeds chutney is an amazing chutney which is easy to make yet is highly nutritious. It is a very interesting dip to be served along with your snacks or Saute vegetables.

Nutritional benefits –

Pumpkin seeds are rich in magnesium, fiber and antioxidants. Lemons are a rich source of Vitamin C and Antioxidants which help you to get clear and healthy skin and also boosts up your immune system.

Ingredients –

  • 20 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 1-2 Green chillies
  • 1-2 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 1 spring coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper as per taste

Method –

  • 1. Firstly soak pumpkin seeds into 1 cup of water for at least 5-6 hours.
  • 2. Then add these soaked seeds, garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves, lime juice and the spices into a blender.
  • 3. Blend to form a fine paste. Your Fresh pumpkin seeds chutney is ready to serve.
