As summer is arriving- so are the summer drinks to quench the thirst. This easy to prepare cooler is refreshing and soothe your soul with just four ingredients.

Nutritional benefits:
Coconut is packed with great quantities of manganese that is good for bone health. They are good in antioxidants that protect the cells. Coconut water is the best source of hydration.

Ingredients:

  • 10 grams coconut meat
  • 100 millilitres coconut water
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon honey

Method:

  • Take a glass of coconut water.
