For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 60 grams rolled oats
  • 200 ml milk
  • 20 grams chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 10-15 grams dark chocolate

Procedure:

 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to mix the cocoa powder evenly.
  • Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the oats have thickened, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chia seeds and chopped walnuts. If using, add the vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Divide the pudding into two bowls.
  • You can enjoy the pudding warm, or chill it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes if you prefer a cold dessert.
