Salads are always quick and easy to make nutritious meals. Here’s a recipe for wholesome ‘Black Bean Salad’ that can be taken for Dinner, Lunch, and is easy to carry while traveling.

Ingredients

  • ½ medium-sized ripe Avocado pitted and chopped
  • ½ thinly sliced red Onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Some Cilantro Leaves
  • ¼ Cup Boiled Corns
  • 4 Cherry Tomato, halved
  • 1 Cup Mixed Green Salad
  • ½ Cup Black Beans Boiled
  • 1 Tsp. Olive Oil
  • Himalayan Salt as per taste

Method

  • In a food processor, add Avocado, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Cilantro, Garlic Clove, and Himalayan Salt. Blend all ingredients well, until the paste turns smooth and creamy.
  • In a bowl, combine all green salad, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, corns, and black beans. Add Avocado dressing to it and give it a toss to coat.
