Ingredients
- ½ medium-sized ripe Avocado pitted and chopped
- ½ thinly sliced red Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Some Cilantro Leaves
- ¼ Cup Boiled Corns
- 4 Cherry Tomato, halved
- 1 Cup Mixed Green Salad
- ½ Cup Black Beans Boiled
- 1 Tsp. Olive Oil
- Himalayan Salt as per taste
Method
- In a food processor, add Avocado, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Cilantro, Garlic Clove, and Himalayan Salt. Blend all ingredients well, until the paste turns smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl, combine all green salad, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, corns, and black beans. Add Avocado dressing to it and give it a toss to coat.
