Cottage cheese crackers are easy to prepare vegetarian snacks that are delicious and crunchy, great as starters, or can be packed and taken to eat later on in the day. These cottage cheese crackers are prepared by mixing the paneer with veggies and herbs. Each bite you take in is so delicious and simply delectable! You have to try this easy cheese cracker recipe with just a handful of ingredients!

Ingredients:-

  • 30g Paneer
  • • 20g curd
  • • 10g parsley
  • • 10g dill leaves
  • • 1-2 green chilli
  • • 1 tsp Garlic
  • • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • • Salt and oregano to taste
  • • 10 grams parsley
  • • cream cracker for serving

Method –

  • Start by mixing all the ingredients in a blender to mix well.
