Papaya  Smoothie

Easy-to-prepare smoothies is a must needed for busy mornings and for people who tend to have fast-paced breakfast. It’s sweet, fresh, and good for you. 


Nutritional benefits:

Papaya contains a good amount of antioxidants and is good in vitamins helping heart diseases. Rolled oats are good I fibre and give a feeling of satiety, flaxseeds on the other side good in omega 3 fats and rich in dietary fibre.



  • 50 grams papaya
  • 10 grams of rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 1 glass water
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Chopped nuts for garnishing


Calories: 82 Kcal

Fat: 2.7 grams

Carbohydrate: 12.5 grams

 Protein: 2.7 grams




  • Add in all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour it into the glass and top with chopped nuts
  • Serve and enjoy chilled!
