To make your eyes shiny and healthy and less vulnerable to infections, reducing the screen time is extremely vital but you can also add some quickies to your lifestyle to radiantly shine your eyes.

Prolonged usage of gadgets and phones not only take a toll on your eye health but also leads to various health issues like sleep deprivation, neck and back pain and headaches. Try to keep a check on your screen time to boost your overall health and well-being and to decrease the complications associated with it.

Here are some easy ways you can abide by to keep your eyes healthy. Some good habits that can help with good eye care are-

1- Eating Well

Staring at screens for too long can cause problems like eyestrain, dry eyes, blurry vision, having trouble focusing at a distance, headaches, neck, back, and shoulder pain. Many precautions that need to be maintained are wearing prescription glasses or wearing computer glasses, using an anti-glare screen, and resting your eyes after intervals.

6- Visit your eye doctor regularly
