The Banana Chickoo Smoothie is a creamy and nutritious blend of ripe banana and chickoos, enriched with Greek yogurt and chia seeds. This smoothie offers a delightful combination of sweetness and subtle spice from cinnamon, making it a refreshing and satisfying drink.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 ripe chickoos
  • 120 grams Greek yogurt
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Ice cubes

Procedure:

  • Peel and chop the banana into chunks.
  • Peel, pit, and chop the chickoos into pieces. In a blender, combine the banana, chickoos, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla extract if desired.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk. For a chilled smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
