Baked Chicken Wings with Garlicky Curd Dip are a healthy and delicious appetizer with a crispy exterior and tender interior. The wings are seasoned with spices and baked to perfection, while the creamy garlic yogurt dip adds a refreshing and tangy contrast.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • 1/2 cup thick curd or Greek yogurt (about 120 grams)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Procedure:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and oregano to the wings. Toss well until the wings are evenly coated.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the garlicky curd dip by combining the curd, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
