Garlic Spaghetti Swash

Garlic Spaghetti is tasty and has low carbs compared to many recipes out there. It has all the hearty ingredients that can do wonders to your health. You can also add chicken in this recipe to make it more nourishing and to turn it into a wholesome full-rounded meal.

  • 50 grams broccoli
  • 100 grams whole wheat spaghetti, boiled
  • 20 grams onion, sliced
  • 10 grams avocado
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1-2 garlic clove, minced
  • 10 grams chopped parsley
  • 15 grams basil leaves
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 grams walnut
  • Juice and zest of a lemon

  • Start by taking the basil leaves, scoop out the avocado and put both into the blender with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic, walnuts, lemon juice and some seasoning and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Now, take a pan, heat a teaspoon of olive oil in it and toss the sliced onion and broccoli in it. Then, add the prepared pesto sauce in it and mix well.
  • Add the boiled spaghetti in the pan and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
