Trio Berry crisp are packed with bundle of nutrients which are essential for your body. These cookies are a perfect combination to go along with your tea/coffee.

The main ingredient of this recipe which is oats are rich in carbohydrate and fiber content thereby helps in better digestion and keeps you full for longer period of time. Cranberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamin c content. Flax seeds are rich in dietary fiber and omega -3 which are said to lower blood pressure, improves cholesterol and also promotes better digestion.
Ingredients –
- 20 grams of whole wheat flour
- 10 grams of oats
- 5 grams dried cranberries
- 5 grams dried strawberries
- 5 grams dried blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon powdered flax seeds
- 10 grams unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon honey

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degree Celsius.
- Take a large bowl and whisk together melted butter, honey and vanilla essence.
- Wisk the egg in another bowl until a homogenous texture is obtained.
- In another bowl stir together whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda, oats, flax seeds, blueberries, strawberries and cranberries.
- Now combine all the dry and wet ingredients and stir until it’s well combined.
- Mold this dough into the shape of cookies and bake for around 10-15 minutes.
- Bake until they turn crisp brown cookies are obtained.
- Store in an airtight container and have them along with your tea/coffee.
