Ingredients:
- 40 grams baby corn
- 20 grams tomatoes
- 20 grams onions
- 10 grams olives
- 10 grams pomegranate
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper as per taste
Method:
- Boil the baby corn until they are soft and cooked.
- Chop all the vegetables and keep them in a bowl.
- Now add boiled corns and peeled pomegranate into this bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, oregano and other spices. Sprinkle lemon juice.
- Mix well. Serve and enjoy.
