Baby Corn Salad

Baby corn salad is a light, refreshing salad that can be eaten at any time during the day. You can opt for this salad whenever craving for outside food but also looking for a healthy tinge at the same time.

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams baby corn
  • 20 grams tomatoes
  • 20 grams onions
  • 10 grams olives
  • 10 grams pomegranate
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper as per taste

Method:

  • Boil the baby corn until they are soft and cooked.
  • Chop all the vegetables and keep them in a bowl.
  • Now add boiled corns and peeled pomegranate into this bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper, oregano and other spices. Sprinkle lemon juice.
  • Mix well. Serve and enjoy.
