Avocado Toast

Avocado toast is an amazing way to have your breads enriched with creamy rich flavor of avocados. It is very quick and an easy to make recipe that kids will relish for sure.

Nutritional benefits –

Avocado fruit is rich in potassium and is loaded with fiber content which helps in digestion. It also contains fatty acids which are good for controlling Cholesterol and other heart problems.

Ingredients:

  • One slice of multigrain bread
  • 20 grams ripe avocado (peeled)
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic- crushed
  • Salt and pepper as needed
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

Method:

  • Toast your multi grain bread until it gets firm and golden
  • Poach avocado in small amount of water

  • Add crushed garlic, salt, pepper and chili flakes to the avocado mash
  • Spread avocado on the top of the toast.
