Herby Frittata with avocado dip is an amazing dish which is easy to make yet is highly nutritious. It is a perfect munching snack to pamper yourself whenever you suffer hunger pangs.

Ingredients
- 20 grams onions, finely chopped
- 20 grams cherry tomatoes
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon coriander, roughly chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 10 grams avocado, stoned, peeled and cubed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

- Heat the oil in a non- stick pan and add in the sliced onions until they turn golden, then add tomatoes followed by chilli and cook until the mixture is mushy.
- Next, heat the grill to high flame. Break the eggs and add the coriander to the eggs and season it with the spicy onion mixture. Stir, then cook over a low heat for 8-10 mins until it is set.
- For making the salsa, mix the avocado and remaining vegetables followed by the lemon juice together.
- Serve with frittata.
