Cucumber Chia Juice

 

Did someone say juices are bad? Well not all juices are bad. Try this on an empty stomach for a glowing skin!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 handful of spinach.
  • 1 tomato 
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds.
  • 1 small cucumber.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Transfer all the ingredients into the blender barring the chia seeds. 
  • Blend the ingredients 
  • Pour into a glass and add in chia seeds.
  •  Serve.

Spinach is a great source of lutein and zeaxanthin which prevents the eyes from being damaged by the UV light source and helps in being well protected.
