Cucumber Chia Juice

Did someone say juices are bad? Well not all juices are bad. Try this on an empty stomach for a glowing skin!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 handful of spinach.
- 1 tomato
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds.
- 1 small cucumber.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Transfer all the ingredients into the blender barring the chia seeds.
- Blend the ingredients
- Pour into a glass and add in chia seeds.
- Serve.
