Soya kebabs are easy to make yet delicious snacks that are ideal for a breakfast or snack and they can be served with mint mustard or yogurt spread.
Nutritional benefits
Soya is a good source of protein and fiber. Beetroot is highly rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and folic acids levels.
Ingredients:
- 20 grams Soya chunks
- 10 grams onion
- 10 grams beetroot
- 5 grams peas
- 1 multigrain bread slice
- 5 gram each grated ginger and garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil (1 teaspoon)- for greasing
- Chaat masala and oregano – optional
