INGREDIENTS
1 bunch fresh kale leaves, washed and dried
1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the tough stems from the kale leaves and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, drizzle the kale leaves with olive oil or coconut oil.
- Sprinkle cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the kale leaves. Toss to coat evenly.
