Mix Flour cabbage parantha is a healthy twist for a normal paranthas. It is a super healthy meal to try your hands upon.
Nutritional benefits
Multigrain flour is said to have ample health benefits. It is rich in dietary fiber which aids digestion and improves metabolism. Cabbage is said to be a good source of dietary fiber, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
Ingredients –
- 20 grams of multigrain flour
- 20 grams of cabbage
- 10 grams of onion
- 1-2 green chilies
- 1tsp olive oil
- ¼ tbsp. chopped coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste.

Method –
- Take multigrain flour and knead a dough out of it.
- Finely chop the cabbage, onion and add salt and pepper as per taste into it.
- Add fresh coriander and your filing is ready.
- Roll the flour into paranthas stuffed with cabbage filling.
- Cook from both the sides till crisp.
- Serve hot
