Melon Slush

Melon Slush is a refreshing and vibrant frozen treat that captures the essence of summer. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 150 grams cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cubed and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Procedure:

  • Freeze the watermelon and cantaloupe or honeydew cubes for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  • In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon, frozen cantaloupe or honeydew, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
